Exchanges and Returns

The exchange period for items purchased between November 1st and December 30th will run until January 31st, 2024.

DAKARSHOES accepts the exchange or return of your items purchased in the online store within 14 days, provided they have not been used and keep the original packaging intact. 
The Customer/user has the right to claim any defect, incorrectness or inadequacy of the product in relation to what was ordered.

Articles for return may be rejected by the following factors

  • the article shows signs of use, deteriorated and/or damaged;
  • the article has dirty soles (Ex: mud, dust, etc.);
  • the inside of the article shows signs of use (e.g.: sock marks, dirt, etc.)
  • the box of the article has any damage such as cracks, writing, etc.;


To return an item, you must fill out the return form and send the item inside the shipping box. After confirming the conditions of the item, you will be refunded by the same means of payment within 5 working days. For ATM payments, the refund will be made by bank transfer. For exchanges a voucher is issued with the value of the item, valid for 1 year.

The shipping costs incurred by the exchange or return are the responsibility of the customer. In this situation, is only refunded the value of the items, leaving the customer the cost of postage.

If the return is due to a logistical error of DAKARSHOES, only after contact with the customer, it will proceed to collect the article, assuming the costs of return, as well as the shipping costs of the correct product.

DAKARSHOES doesn’t accept returns sent with prepaid postage or reinburssment.
